What I did to get her at least printing a single page with all addresses on one label, was to tweak the 5160 template to have a top margin of 0.3" instead of the default of 0.5". I tried printing on normal paper to rule out it being the label paper. My research on Google suggested renaming the normal.dot file (didn't fix), unchecking in Word for A4 and 8.5"x11" paper (didn't fix), etc. She was using the same printer and labels on her previous machine a month ago (Windows XP and Office 2003), and didn't have any issues until Windows 7 and Office 2007 came into her life she says. It almost seems like it's printing zoomed out, ie: top left label is printing where it should, but as you go top to bottom it spreads out with the bottom rows not all on one label, also left to right, the left margin on each label seems to increases. Have a user having difficulty printing a mail merge of labels using Office 2007 and Avery 5160 compatible labels.
